Buenas experiencia con un buen servicio.. pedimos el pollo frito , avocado toast y una ensalada wedge acompañado con una cerveza de barril local.. recomiendo que visiten este lugar..

This was a wonderful experience for meeting up with my friends. Immediately I was greeted by Bryce, we were sat quickly and in a beautiful spot. Juan was a fantastic server who always insured that we enjoyed everything. Dom and Ashley both checked on my table. Nick prepared delicious food. Everything tonight was wonderful and I will be back again.

Rebecca and Tomeka were exceptional! Very friendly, and we watched them work the ballroom buffet event seamlessly. As per their usual, we did not have to trouble them for anything, since they paid attention through our meal and kept up with where we were. The food was outstanding and the entire staff was friendly, polite, and helpful. The quality and variety of food available was excellent and exceeded expectations. Definitely worth the trip, and will likely be a repeat experience next Christmas.

We arrived at reservation time, no one was at the receiving area. We waited for 10 minutes. Our table wasn't ready and needed to be set up. Table was washed, and we were finally bought to be seated. The table was along the window and cold. So we're were moved. The glasses were grabbed by the top of the glass with ungloved hands. Several items were not available which were on the menu and we were an early in the brunch window. Coffee was cold, eggs under cooked, home fries and waffles were cold. The only positive thing was that our server was pleasant and tried to correct our concerns. Overall I'd never go back.

We have eaten here several times but were very dissatisfied with the menu choices thus time. No shrimp & grits and $20 for a small hamburger with fries - very disappointing

My wife and I really enjoyed ourselves. The ambiance was great for a date night. The staff was amazing. Maurice made sure we had everything we needed and was very attentive. We will definitely be back!

Advised wss buffet but stopped that early Took an hour from time of arrival to get alacarte food although was virtually empty Then charged a service fee of over thirty dollars with no explanation Assumed tip so left none

I do not frequently respond to requests sent via email to write reviews; however, in this case, I felt that I needed to, perhaps, so the establishment could improve. I had reservations made in advance for 3:00 P.M. I got seated at 3:40 P.M. I was told the only seats available were outside; it was a nice enough afternoon, so that was fine. There were, however, many open spots inside. I went there for the Thanksgiving buffet/ brunch. The hostess sat us and explained nothing; we had no silverware, no one asked us about drinks. When she walked by again, I asked if the silverware and drinks were self-serve and where they were located. The hostess found our waitress and said she had eventually took our drink order. When we finally went inside, the gravy was out, the stuffing was out, the chicken was out, tiny prime rib left. There was plenty of crab, yet there were no crab claw crackers available for it, I was told they were all dirty. I stood before the buffet for some time, waiting for everything to be refilled. The only item refilled was the gravey eventually the prime rib as well. While many parties were still eating, they started putting all the food away. I think now that this is why we could not be seated inside, as they knew when they would be breaking down the buffet, yet told none of us and did not even consider how late they had sat everyone. We had yet to finish the first plate of food and thought they would refill the other stations. Lastly, the bill had a “large party gratuity” for my son and me. When I questioned it, no one explained why; I didn’t bother trying to figure it out; however, I probably would have tipped more than the large party gratuity that was added on. It was one of the most disappointing expensive meals I have ever had.

We value feedback like yours, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve and better serve our guests. I deeply regret the delay in seating, especially given that your reservation was made in advance. Regarding your experience at the buffet, I am truly sorry for the delays in food replenishment and the lack of essential items. The issue with food being put away while many guests were still dining is particularly disappointing. Proper communication and timing are crucial, and we failed to respect the time and enjoyment of our later-seated guests. Thank you again for your honest feedback.
