Pastas, bread, stocks and sauces are all made in-house and include the ever-popular Gnocchi di Luigi - house-made pasta served with napoli and ricotta or the Spaghettini al Granchio – cherry tomato, zucchini, crab meat, lobster bisque, chile.

The Gradi menu has over 15 selections of Neapolitan pizza combinations from the Margherita Versace, to standouts such as the popular Suprema - pizza in bianco, fior di latte, pumpkin, rocket, pinenuts and goat cheese or the Quattro Formaggi - bianco, fior di latte, grana Padano, and Emmental. The differential of 400 Gradi’s pizzas are that the dough and toppings are authentically prepared according to strict Neapolitan standards.

We sat outside on the patio and had the best experience on a gorgeous day. The food was phenomenal and the service was top notch. Our waitress gave us great recommendations and everything we had was fantastic. Thi’s was our second trip and we will definitely be back!

Food was average …the restaurant has a lot of potential..but the quality of food doesn’t match the price . Service was amazing!thanks Giorgio for taking care of us!he did an amazing job!I will give it another try just because the service was wonderful.

Excellent restaurant we felt like we were in Italy, the waiter was so kind and helpful with suggestions and gave us details and stories about the food and the origins. I HIGHLY recommend this restaurant!

The service and table were great. We sat outside. Staff was very helpful with parking as we did not bring our ticket down for validation. The Salumi board was subpar. Only 4 small pieces of bread, and when offered more, be aware it’s $3. The caprese salad was GREAT! The gnocchi and risotto were both overcooked. The rigatoni, meatballs, and salmon were all cooked well. On food alone, I’d give only 3 stars.

Everything was great but what was even better was Giorgio our server who is knowledgeable since he is from Italy, has many years of experience and overall offers a great well rounded service. The ambience is really nice and the food was fantastic, outside seating has really nice commodities, we enjoyed our visit and will be back for sure.

While it was not our server's fault (she was good), it took nearly a half an hour to get our cocktail/wine before dinner. Also, while the pizza's were good, they weren't as tasty/flavorful as they've been in the past.
