Named for the founding year of City of Hope, 1913 is committed to sustainability and wellness, offering vibrant, flavor-forward dishes made with locally sourced ingredients. Executive Chef Christian Eggerling and his team craft menus that make healthy eating both exciting and indulgent.

We had a great time at 1913. The food was amazing and the staff was friendly. We will definitely be back.

This was the first time at this restaurant. The food was great and the service was amazing. Dylan was our server; he was wonderful and patient with my friends and I. We also met the manager, Matt. I would recommend this place to anyone.

This is the second time I've been there and let me tell you, they don't disappoint. I went there for brunch and the price is reasonable, the food is fresh and the service is A1. This time they had roast beef slider they turned my world upside down. It was so flavorful. If you need a hidden gem to go to brunch at this by far is the best!!!

Everything was amazing! Cocktail - Beekeeper was delicious. I need a pitcher of this! Food - Encrusted Salmon Salad was excellent! Dessert - bread pudding was amazing Service was excellent Can’t wait to come back!!!
