   We had a very lovely dinner. They were short staffed and we informed ahead of time. Overall Ben our server and others did a super job!

   Overall the food is very good. I started with the fried oysters appetizer which were excellent. For my main I had the salmon which was very good. Richard also had the fried oyster appetizer and then had the cider pork shank which is very good, very meaty, it was nice to see it not full of fat, which sometimes you can have in that sort of a dish. For dessert I had the chocolate brownie Sundae which I've had before when we've stayed here. Richard had the spice pineapple carrot dessert which was good. Overall a very good meal. They do need to in my impression update the menu a little bit though this is pretty much just about the same menu that we had when we were there over Labor Day. Now they do usually offer a chef's special but the main course is I think they need to kind of switch up now and then.

   This was the best meal we had in a week of skiing in Maine and New Hampshire. Prices were reasonable, especially given the level of cuisine; we paid a lot more at a similar venue in Maine and this meal was much better overall. Food presentation and flavors were outstanding. The wine list was reasonably priced and had a good range of options. Service was very good and the setting was quite pleasant. We'll be back!

   The atmosphere is very warm and welcoming! The food and cocktails were excellent. All of the drinks had a creative ingredient that made them exciting to try. The tomato soup was my favorite - great balance of smooth and tangy. I also had the crispy eggplant and it was delicious - the sauce was flavorful and had the perfect amount of spiciness for my tastebuds! We finished with the brownie dessert - yum!

   It has been some time since we have eaten at the Wentworth and decided to come back for Valentine's Day. The food was good although both our entrees could have been a bit warmer. The main issue was that it took 45 minutes for us to get our first appetizer. I noticed this was not the case with other diners. The rest of the meal was delivered in the right amount of time, but this extraordinary wait put a dent in our experience. We will try to come back at some point when it is not a special day.

   It’s been several years since we’ve been here. The dining room looks like it’s been remodeled. I asked about that and was told that ownership changed. We chose the prix fix menu  for $65 per person. I had the wedge salad in my other half had the shrimp cocktail. The wedge salad was good but my other half thought he should’ve gotten three shrimp instead of only two. We both had the pork shank which was good but we needed to add salt and pepper.  For dessert my other half had the crème brûlée and I had the carrot cake.  He enjoyed the crème brûlée and I thought the carrot cake was good, but it was sort of a deconstructed carrot cake and the frosting was more of a smear on the plate and in reality I would’ve liked the frosting right on the cake itself. It could’ve used more frosting in my opinion. Giri was our server and was very attentive. Overall, a good experience.

   Delicious, date-night meal. Apps looked great, but entree and dessert were plenty of food. Great spot; excellent service.

    We have a room that includes dinner. Great flavors, portion of appetizer salad could be smaller. Service was on the slow side but still we sat down, ate, and were back to our room within 2 hours. The steak was cooked to liking but was tough to chew. Very large, some will probably like that but it was too much for me. The Korean pork appetizer was awesome. Great flavors and light, with just enough kick in the sauce.
