My waitress was very nice, knowledgeable and professional. The food was okay. The presentation was upscale. I got the blackened salmon special. It was a tiny piece of salty fish and so were the potatoes - salty! The steamed broccoli had no flavor. It was just steamed and put on my plate. But I was able to take the salty stuff and mix w the flavorless stuff so it balanced and became good. The vibe was ok but it didn’t feel like a steakhouse. It was not upscale, warm or quaint. It was loud and casual.

Casino echoes inside the restaurant. Loud and way too bright. Not the ambiance we’d expect for a $200 dinner. Steak was ok, but sides lacked creativity. We won’t be returning.

Service was extremely slow although a table next to us had continuous service and monitored to ensure they had what they needed. Ordered a drink and it took about 20 minutes to get it. My wife had to flag the manager down to ask about our food and when it was finally brought out the salmon and fried chicken were burned. Sent the salmon back and the waiter showed it to the chef and he just shrugged his shoulders. The manager never came back to check on us after we sent both orders back. Customer service was terrible.

We had an early reservation and it was empty in the restaurant. The service was good and the food was also tasty. Bar seemed limited and didn’t have all ingredients to make some of their specialty cocktails.

I have been wanting to try 1609 for a while. It did not disappoint. My meal started with bread which was delicious. The flavored butter was really incredible. I ordered the scallops, mashed potatoes and carrots. The scallops came on top of asparagus. The asparagus was good and the scallops were cooked perfectly. There was crab on top as well as a bernaise type sauce. There were five large scallops so you won’t leave hungry. Carrots and mash potatoes were tasty as well. I finished with the crème brûlée which was creamy, delicious and topped with fresh fruit. My server was attentive without hovering. My total bill with a 25% tip was $125.00. It was worth it. I plan on going back to share this stellar dining experience with my daughter.

Fantastic restaurant. I’m giving five stars for all the right reasons, but I do wish they were located somewhere else.

I will never come back cause it took almost an hour later to get my food even though it was delicious. There is no vegetables that come with the meal unless you order it on the side which was very expensive. It’s a one and done for me.

We had a 6pm reservation. We arrived 10 minutes early and were seated right away. It took awhile for us to be acknowledged by our waitress (approximately 15 minutes) but I was prepared based on other reviews. Wine list was meh, I’d like so see a little bit more variety…no Merlot but the Pinot Noir was good We had the calamari for an appetizer. It was ok. A bit heavy on the breading but the portions were huge. For entree I had the petite fillet. 5 stars hands down. Cooked to perfection and at the correct temperature the first time (this is an issue at other steakhouses). We also had the Brussels sprouts and mashed potatoes. Again 5 stars. Our waitress, Victoria, was super sweet and attentive. Needless to say, pack your patience and skip the calamari and you will have a good experience.

Delicious food & excellent dining experience close to home. We were a party of ten. Our waiter was Jaret! He took really good care of us! His recommendations were spot on! We will be back!
