Welcome to 15 Park Bistro, a celebration of culinary excellence with a passion to showcase fresh local ingredients.

It’s redesigned interior has an atmosphere we call casual, modern sophistication. 15 Park Bistro is about people, beginning with our very talented culinary team, the passionate farmers, vintners and local purveyors, but most importantly the people and valued guests we are honoured to serve. Our greatest success will be bringing people together to share exceptional food, wine and friendship.

As locals, 15 Park has been our go to for a nice dinner out for a few years now. We've always had excellent service and that has not changed. However, the meals we had last night were not up to the quality we have been used to. The burger has changed to a braised beef patty which was too thick for the bun and for me personally, was too much meat. The potato wedges were very greasy and I could not eat them. My wife had a salad with a piece of salmon. The salmon was good but the greens had long tough stems which were challenging for her to chew. The staff were very apologetic and offered a dessert on the house for compensation. I'm trying to reduce sugar so declined their kind offer. Overall, in my opinion, the menu is lacking fresh food options. We'll keep an eye out for some menu changes before we go back again.

We had a fabulous dinner here on February 15. Homemade focaccia to dip in olive oil and balsamic to start. My husband had the beef short rib and I had the boeuf bourguignon both delicious. Our very efficient and kind waiter Tim gave us a wine recommendation that matched both dishes perfectly. He had some good jokes, too 🤣

Our dining experience was made most enjoyable by the very friendly and personable servers that served us. And there seemed to be 4 or 5 attending to us. This type of service made us feel very special. And we love being served at this stage of our lives. Food was very good. Allan & Shirley

We enjoyed a birthday dinner with the three course meal. It was excellent! Large portions, all delicious. Our server Tim was great including his corny jokes!

Amazing food, fantastic friendly service, no hovering, I felt relaxed and at home without doing the dishes! I’d highly recommend this restaurant to everyone!
