Excellent service and food! Probably one of the best Old Fashioned cocktail drink! Scallop, Filet, NY strip were perfectly cooked. Highly recommended if you are in Snowshoe!

This was our first dinner here and everything from the maître D who seated us, to our awesome waitress and bartender, to the food, was fabulous! The restaurant is gorgeous, and the food was absolutely delicious! The bartender made both of our drinks perfectly, and my husband is a stickler for how he likes his Old-fashioned! If we weren’t having family join us the next few nights, I’d be back in here every evening!

The food is flavorful and cooked exactly to order. Julie was a fantastic waitress, keeping up with our needs without hovering. Mark was a gracious host. Everyone made us feel welcome. It was a great dining experience.

I have visited Snowshoe for many years and this year wanted to treat my group to a nice dinner out. I was aware that a premium would be charged due to the location, and for a "steak house" that generally requires a reservation. On the positive side, our table was pleased with the service. Our server was attentive and all food came out at an appropriate time. The 3 steaks ordered were all cooked to desired temp. On the negative, we were initially seated at a table that was not cleared and were asked to wait at the door until our table was ready. Unfortunately we were told the bar tender was out sick and all cocktails came out overly strong, under poured, or completely incorrect (frustrating for $20 a drink.) The steaks were a disappointment, as it is $69 per ribeye and more for a fillet, the table grossly felt that the quality was on par with an Applebee's if not worse. Desert was also a total disappointment and a regrettable experience. Overall, 10 Prime was disappointment, leaving the table with a feeling of being taken advantage of, and being ripped off. If you are looking for a nice dinner out with friends/family you are better off eating a reheated burger at Hoots next door or going to the village and trying to get a table at any other restaurant.

Chilean sea bass was recommended by locals and was extraordinary! Scallop appetizers was delicious. Will come again.
