                                            The food here was excellent, but for the price, the portions left a lot to be desired. I ordered the scallops, and while they were delicious, they were on the cool side when they arrived, and getting only three for $46 felt underwhelming. My husband had the steak, which he enjoyed, but unfortunately, the service fell short. He ordered a glass of red wine to pair with his meal, and it didn’t arrive until after he was finished. It seemed like our server may have forgotten about it. While the quality of the food was great, the experience overall didn’t quite match the high price point.

                                            I love Provisions when it’s great but food and service havr become unreliable the last year. Eggs Benedict with one hard boiled egg and one very soft?? Food arrived at very different times. When we arrived, they didn’t have my reservation until they realized they’d already sat half my party! Cream for coffee was clotted. My last visit for dinner just 3 weeks ago was outstanding. Hard to keep going back when you don’t know which Provisions is going to show up. Come on team!! Get it together. You have a gem so don’t lose it.

                                            Arrived for opening of brunch, was promptly seated and waitstaff came with water within 40 seconds and asked if we wanted something else to drink. Waitress returned in an appropriate amount of time and took our order. Noting we arrived at opening our food took about 20 minutes to arrive, we had Chicken and Waffles and Egg Benedict. While the portions seemed small (at least to me) the food was flavorful. The waitress checked on us appropriately and provided a bill when requested. I would return.

                                            The food was delicious! i especially liked the endive salad. It was very good. Our main courses were also excellent. The service was attentive. Overall, it was an excellent experience.

                                            10/10 Provisions never disappoint. Great service from Holland. She was attentive and very professional. Coming from NYC I struggle to find consistent good food in SLC and Provisions once again delivered it. It is one of not many excellent restaurants in Utah.
