Popei's has been around for 40 years! We are family-owned and operated and really care about our customers.

Popei's offers a wide variety of menu items, all proven to be the best. We won best seafood restaurant on Long Island by News 12! So, if it's the best crablegs, lobsters, calamari or shrimp you want, you just found your place. OH, that's right, we also have some of the best cuts of beef around, not to mention our award winning babyback ribs!

Nicole our server was excellent. Made recommendations that were great. I had the broiled seafood combination. Excellent!!! My wife had the shell fish frenzy. She loved it. Great night.

It was a very playful experience. It is small intimate and the workers made you feel like family. It was my first time there, and I’ve heard about it for quite some time and I will definitely return again. Audrey made my experience most pleasant and she was most attentive.

Overall we enjoyed the food and the menu selections are very diverse with many options. My son said it was the best lobster roll he has ever had. My lobster tail was better than one I recently had at an expensive steakhouse. We had an issue with the mussels but they took care of it. The lemonade was a bit weak but bottomless. Service is excellent.

Never disappointed. Food and service always exceptional.. owner very involved in making sure everyone is happy with their dining experience. We love going there!

1st time there, exceptional ,especially since it was new year Eve/our waitress Sue was above and beyond along with the rest of the servers The mussels and tuna and scallops were as good as you could get anywhere/ we will be back , very enjoyable Dane & Steve
