The Howard Warren has been my go-to lunch. The first few times I had it, it was excellent. The last several times it has disappointed. I request that the meat be cooked medium and it comes out rare. I send it back to the kitchen and it returns well done. Why isn't it cooked properly the first time? I have also found a variance in the quality of the beef and the size of the patty. Isn't there a standard? Yesterday the meat was not of the same quality as it used to be. Our server Michael meant well but was so busy tending bar that it was hard to get his attention. I like bar seating because it's quiet but will probably choose the lounge in the future. I want Polo Grill to adhere to high standards but I fear that, like so many other establishments, it is on the decline.

I have been going to the polo grill for forty years and I’m very sad to write this.It was New Year’s Eve and the polo grill had a holiday only meal which was a 4 course dinner for $95 per person. My wife and I can’t eat 4 course meals any more so we asked if we could split the filet and do an add on of grilled shrimp. They allowed it but made us feel cheap about it. They also would not split the meal for us and were very tacky about bringing us out only one meal. It also took more than a half hour to get our pre meal cocktail and I had to get up and chase down the waiter to remind her of them. We were seated next to a foursome of very old and hearing impaired people who were so loud everyone in the dining room could hear their conversation. And Finally, a fine dining experience should not include a big screen tv with a college football game playing. If I wanted wings and a game day experience I wouldn’t be at the polo grill. I won’t be back until things change.

Was there for husband’s birthday. Beautiful place with amazing food. Love their bread! Service was impeccable. We felt spoiled.

I made reservations , it was a special time my son was here, and I even put on the reservation it was our birthdays . When we got there whoever was the host wasn't very friendly, i said we had reservations, and she didn't care sat us in the bar area I said I didn't really care to sit there, and she said no other tables were available for2 the place was empty. Apparently they hadn't cleaned any tables off yet after the lunch crowd left. Service was as slow as molasses, it was one of my worst experiences . I thought the Polo grill was supposed to be a great place to go

The service was slow, the pork chop was over cooked. The tables around us got better service and attention. We had to wait awhile to order

We had an amazing experience dining at The Polo Grill. The food was great, the ambiance was amazing due to the table we were sitting at. Als in all a very exceptional experience.

The food and experience are always excellent. I especially like the fact that Mark Bruner plays. I definitely go there more often. Now that Mark Bruner is there.

excellent food and service...very consistent as I've been here at least a dozen times on business, and this was my first family outing here. The only issue I had was I made a reservation for a table and when I arrived, I was being seated in the bar area right by the entrance and this is not a table that should be used for dinner guest. It did seem to put them out a bit but once this was resolved the meal was amazing and the service was amazing. I even apologized for asking for another table as I tried to be as professional and polite as possible.

Our steak was ordered medium well and came barely medium and wasn’t hot along with the asparagus. We’ve dined there many times. Always good but not tonight. Expect more for what we paid.
