First time here and probably won’t be back. We sat down at 6:38 and didn’t have a drink until 7:10. Our server was super apologetic and friendly, we saw him get sat with 3 other tables back to back - it happens on a Saturday night. We got sat in the back room between what we think was an outside door and next to the server station, it was freezing cold and I had a curtain behind me to I guess separate the dining room from the server station and hallway. Extremely loud and got to listen to silverware being tossed around all night. We also got treated to the heating unit running every few minutes to warm the room up. The burrata app special was out of this world. The sun dried tomatoes were intense and delicious. And who doesn’t love cheese? Those au gratin potatoes may be the greatest side dish I’ve ever eaten in my life. If you go, you have to try them. I ordered the special dry aged NY rare. I was not expecting a raw steak, but that is what I received. It wasn’t just cool to the tongue but refrigerator cold to the touch. Nearly impossible to cut through or chew. I sent it back which I truly hated to do, and I’ll take some blame on what I expected versus what I got, but it came back out about 1 minute later still raw. Definitely did not want to complain and send it back again. For almost $250, I was extremely disappointed.

Been spending NYE at Pietros for longer than I can remember. As always food, drinks, service and atmosphere are top notch. No better steak house in West Chester!

Dinner was perfect as usual. The food was outstanding. Everything was superb including the service, the food, our waitress. We were not rushed. As usual everything was perfect. This is the place we come to for special events and it only gets better.

Omg. The food was amazing. Crab cakes scallops sprouts and this cream corn was my favorite, It was a bit congested with some tables could hear their conversations with some loud nearby tables that was my only comment Food and service were excellent and prices reflected quality of the ingredients.

Thankfully Mark saved a table for us. A very crowded night in the bar. Andrea was great. Food, drinks and service were all great.
