food was excellent. lobster mac and cheese, garlic butter filet both amazing. cool setting with lots of rustic exposed brick. great steakhouse with a crowd on an otherwise quiet monday night

Most charming waiter. We loved all our food. We had the cheese steak rolls, calamari, steak salad and stuffed shrimp. Everything was very good!

Food was eh, ambiance was worse. Whatever you do, don’t sit in the back, the noisy and blowing HVAC ruins the atmosphere. Food was underwhelming, and for the price you’ll be dissatisfied. Also water stains on glasses and broken chairs. Much better places out there for a special meal.

Love, love, love, last night on February 19th being a Pietros again for an amazing night of food friends and music! Wednesday nights are always the best with John Grecia!! Staff as always is SO INCREDIBLE!! We always appreciate everything they do. Tried something new for my meal which was so delicious

first of all, I had made the reservation on OpenTable, and specified my seafood allergy and that it was my birthday. When I came in, they gave me a list of the seafood specials when I reminded them of my allergy of which they were not aware. My boyfriend also at one point told them it was my birthday, which they did not seem to be aware of either. However, none of that mattered, because after we had to send our steak back twice for being undercooked and raw even on the edges of the pre-cut steak, they decided to completely forget about my birthday and not offer any type of dessert after we sent back the steak. It was very disappointing service for my birthday, especially as we have been here many times for special occasions in the past.

Food and service was great. I really enjoyed the the waitress, she was great to us and was very attentive. Only con is that half of the restaurant is a bar, so the place was very loud.

Ill start by saying this was my 3rd time ever dining here, and my prior experiences were good, but likely won’t be back after this experience. It was so loud in the restaurant it was difficult to hear the server and my date. The calamari was great, loved the sauce that comes with it as well. Cocktails were solid. Caesar salad was above average Mashed potatoes were incredible and steak fries were solid. However it took just shy of 2 hours from being seated before our steaks came out both of them were woefully incorrect. Our server audibly said “uh oh” when we cut into them I had ordered medium rare and my first streak was charred and he hardly any pink left My date ordered medium well and it was purple and bloody. They took our steaks back and comped 2 of our drinks, so far so good, then the steak came back out, my steak was now a perfect medium rare by my dates stake was still medium rare after sending it back, it’s now been over 2 hours. The crab was also off tasting and the asparagus was undercooked and lacked seasoning. When we asked in the steak they informed us “well done will still be pink throughout” That would have been useful info before ordering. Again, I understand to a degree but then the server made jokes to us about taking the steak home To cook ourselves. We’ve dined at chart house, Morton’s, Eddie v’s recently and had a wonderful end to end experience, for 185 before tip this was a terrible experience. I’m sad to say i won’t be patronizing this establishment’s again.

Service and food were top notch.. one of the best and most flavorful steaks I’ve had in a while. First time there and we will be back!
