    My partner and a dear friend enjoyed a lovely lunch at Pier W this past Tuesday. We were seated at the "prime table" at the front windows overlooking Lake Erie and downtown Cleveland that greatly enhanced our dining experience. Server Ellen took outstanding care of us and was attentive, professional, welcoming, and had a great sense of humor! Ellen summarized the lunch specials and took our drink orders. Once our drinks had been served, Ellen took our orders and brought us Pier W's delicious homemade bread to enjoy while we chatted. Our appetizers followed by our lunch entrees were served in timely fashion, nicely presented and piping hot. The clam chowder, lobster bisque, shrimp cocktail, tempura walleye and the two cod sandwiches were all delicious as all the food is at Pier W! Our desserts--creme brulee and the homemade sorbet were perfect endings to a lovely dining experience. My partner and I are so fortunate to live next door in Winton Place as we dine there frequently throughout the year. Thank you and we look forward to our next dining experience!

    It was pleasant to experience dinner with less of the usual dining crowd because we were earlier than usual. Seated at a perfect table with a view of the Cleveland skyline over Lake Erie. Kevin was friendly and attentive. Drinks, dinner and dessert were served at a perfect pace for the time we had for dinner. The Walleye and Pork Chop were beautifully prepared with perfect side dishes. The butter cake for dessert turned out to be enough for two people.

    Great food, great view of Cleveland. Wonderful professional staff. It has been a decade since I was there, and this place still rocks.
