Thomas Makris, originario de la isla de Skopelos, se enamoró de Helen Babalos cuando la conoció. Se encontraron por primera vez en 1974 en el restaurante Orestes Greek, mientras viajaban por Norteamérica como parte de un grupo de danzas griegas. Así abrieron Anatoli Souvlaki en 1984 al norte de Vancouver. Our restaurant is located at the Vancouver Trade & Convention Centre West in downtown Vancouver's Coal Harbour district. Look for the Douglas Coupland Digital Orca sculpture and our vast patio with 300 waterfront patio seats and large red umbrellas.
