Rothmann’s mantiene las tradiciones del pasado sirviendo un menú clásico de churrasquería con grandes añadidos del presente. Asimismo, el establecimiento cuenta con un nuevo sistema de vino que sirve 59 ml, 118 ml o 177 ml de Burdeos primer cru y Napa cabernet a la perfección. FOUR is a luxe & intimate restaurant located in Oyster Bay, New York offering inventive, multi-course tasting menus. This immersive dining experience of 12-15 courses lasts approximately 2 and half hours. Chef Jesse Schenker executes his menu from an open kitchen surrounded by a chef's counter and serves up to ten guests per seating. FOUR is housed in a restored shingle Cottage, where the first floor has been transformed into an exhibition kitchen with aesthetic homage to Scandinavian design. FOUR connects to 2 Spring by a winter garden inspired by the Ritz Paris which links it to the old industrial building. Cellars running under all three structures hold kitchens, wine cellars & services for the dining areas.Due to the integrity of the menu, dietary preferences/aversions will not be accommodated.
