The customer service really was outstanding, the staff I dealt with were all very pleasant and attentive. Starter was unreal. 5/5. Fish main we had was really good, the steak however did come out well done when I had requested a med-rare. A replacement was sent out pretty much immediately which was probably more med, but still nice and juicy. However £36 for a 6oz filet and sauce I would expect it to be 10/10 and it just didn't quite meet expectations. Mains overall 3.5/5.
