Welcome to The Red Lion Bishopgate!On the banks of the River Wensum and a stone's throw from Norwich Cathedral. We serve fresh, locally sourced food all day, everyday. Our head chef Tom has created a menu suitable for everyone, including gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options. Fantastic place to eat, great location, outstanding food, excellent service. I cannot fault the lunch we had. We had Goats cheese salad & ham hock bon bons for starters with fish pie and american burger as mains.

This was well worth the long walk from our hotel in the rain. The service was friendly and the food absolutely delicious. We had the Love to Share platter followed by Gobi Manchurian with Black House Dhal and Pulav Rice. Very good value too.
