A slow restaurant in a fast-moving city, FUMI is a place where flavours, service and interiors are harmonious.A simple Japanese inspired menu driven by the seasons, our moods and by whatever is fresh and exciting in the moment. At FUMI, we source all our produce, meats and fish from small, local suppliers. Nothing is mass-produced or served out of season, with everything we create coming directly from the farm to your table.
