First operated as a farm in 1729, the present Colonial style house was built in 1812 and was extensively restored at the turn of this century. The market dining area is very noisy. The service started off slow - most likely due to the volume of customers at that time. However, as the night went on our server was more attentive and the evening was a success.

My sister and I went there for the first time. We chose outside with the fire outside which was nice. We orderd French martini and Dirty martini to start. We ordered the Lobster Fried, lamb lollipop and octopus. All dishes were great! Lamb lollip is a must! Lobster fried rice, we had to try because it's tempting and octopus was tasty. Our server was very attentive!

I enjoyed the baked haddock, the fish was fresh and the breadcrumbs were crispy, along with mashed potatoes and broccoli!
