Our “finest hour” was most definitely during the Battle of Britain in World War II, when we were commandeered by the RAF to serve as an auxiliary mess for Fighter Command at RAF Kenley. Food was excellent in both quality and presentation. The staff were attentive and the restaurant is well designed and decorated. Will be going again.

Although the management of The Bakery has changed, the table settings and service were still a high standard. There was less choice of menu options, but quality was still a good standard. In conclusion, a relaxing evening with friends.
