In summer, the garden courtyard is the most romantic spot in town. Menus here change regularly - the chef employs the freshest seasonal ingredients, sourced locally wherever possible - although there’s always a range of classic European flavour combinations on offer.     Lovely venue but VERY cold. I was so shocked that they added 12.5% service charge to the afternoon tea, which was already expensive. Such a shame.

    The environment is cozy, food is authentic and delicious, staff are friendly and well prepared to introduce us the dishes. Since we booked for celebration, the staff did prepare some surprise for us which is out of our expectation! Thank you for cheering us up! :D

    A wonderful time to rest, reflect and eat after a stunning visit to the museum. We had a wonderful visit to the Ashmolean, finding more and more rooms that we hadn't found before, and then had a lovely meal in the restaurant to talk and reflect on the time we had spent. The service was well paced, and the food was well prepared with portions of the right size. It really confirmed yet again that it is a good way to round up a visit.
