The afternoon tea was great, i would have been nice if the christmas menu was already out especially with the winter illuminations down the road, it makes a whole day of festive experience

This was a family Halloween afternoon tea and the decor was excellent. The problem was I had only been at the table for 15 minutes when both children (under 7) wanted the toilet. Despite leaving our coats and half eaten food by the time we returned the waitress had cleared the table! The manageress was very apologetic and boxed up some cakes to take away but my coffee and the children’s drinks went without replacement ! Better training for staff please!

We arrived for a family Sunday lunch. There were 7 of us and we arrived slightly early but this was no trouble and we were seated a few minutes early. Service was good - and the Sunday roasts were great with plenty of vegetables and giant Yorkshire Puddings. Very very good.
