Just a great local neighbourhood restaurant thats worth traveling across town to enjoy.....

Food overall was good. The Welsh rarebit for starters was good as was the roast for mains, although it could have more gravy, which wasn’t a problem when we asked for more. Service and attention to detail could be better. They forgot two of our starters which they apologised and deducted our starters from the bill. Water carafe and wine was neglected, which should be automatically topped up. Plus I asked for the heating to be turned on otherwise we would’ve kept our coats on. If they can refine those small details, then it would deserve 5 stars.

Amazing little find. Great food and service. Good value and very tasty. Will definitely be going back.

We had the tasting menu with wine pairings and thoroughly enjoyed the night. The overall feel was casual but the level of service made the evening special. The wine pairings in particular were all super interesting choices with interesting tidbits about of the wine makers given with each glass. Would highly reccomend for a special dinner.

We had such a great time food was amazing service hospitality and the ambiance everything was beyond expectations. Thank you so much will definitely visit again.
