Clos Maggiore es un oasis de calma en el corazón de Covent Garden. La terraza interior cuenta con un techo de cristal completamente retráctil que permite gozar de un espacio grande y luminoso, especialmente agradable durante primavera y verano. Por las noches el lugar se transforma gracias a las velas, las estrellas y a la chimenea durante los meses de invierno. El chef principal, Marcellin Marc, prepara una gastronomía sublime de inspiración provenzal con estilo contemporáneo y está comprometido a utilizar ingredientes locales de temporada para crear menús perfectamente equilibrados, los cuales han sido galardonados con 3 AA-rosettes desde el año 2008. La extensa cava de Clos Maggiore incluye más de 2000 marcas y aumentó a principios de este año incluyendo otros 400 vinos de un rango de precio de bajo a medio.
