Los dueños de este lugar abrieron el primer restaurante en el 2004 en Castlefield, Manchester con un objetivo claro: Servir alimentos de calidad a clientes locales por un precio razonable, en un lugar elegante, mediante un servicio amable y modesto. Han mantenido ese objetivo desde entonces y gracias a ello se han ganado la fidelidad de muchos clientes. El menú puede ser clasificado como británico con algunos de los platillos favoritos de Italia y alrededor del mundo. El nuevo restaurante será creado de lo que anteriormente solía ser el New Ellensmere pub y restaurante, en el East Lancashire Road, y busca brindar un espacio moderno e impecable para cenar, con capacidad para 180 comensales dentro del restaurante, y también contará con una terraza en la que puede recibir hasta 60 personas.

The Hop Vine formerly the ‘Royal Hotel’ was built in 1874 and was the main stopping off point for goods being transported to and from the old Turnpike road the A59. The Royal as it was known has served the community and travellers alike.
