Carlton Wine Room is a neighbourhood restaurant offering a well-executed, fresh, seasonal food menu, and an ever changing, diverse wine list featuring the best of Italy, Australia and the rest of the World. We offer a bar space, an upstairs restaurant dining room and three unique spaces that are can be booked for private dining perfect for special events.RESERVATIONS: are for a two hour sitting. Superb food, great ambience, carefully (and far reaching) curated wine list to complement the menu and staff who clearly love what they do and aren’t afraid to show it. So refreshing. Highly recommend.

Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

If you're even in Melbourne for a holiday or a local, you're life won't feel as fulfilling until you've experienced Meatmaiden, I can't make this up! The food was impeccable, the service was amazing, and the atmosphere is second to none. If I could afford it, I would go every night.

My request for a preferred table was accommodated. My change in dining time due to unforeseen circumstances was also accommodated. Love the overall Italian experience. And in house made produce and bread outstanding. A true taste of Italy.
