We are a family business group operating within a number of industries including construction, security, technology consultancy. In July 2019, we landed the opportunity to turn around the historical Fusilier public house. The property needed a lot of work to regenerate it and, coupled with our approach of doing things right first time, we invested a significant amount of resources to turn this place around.We wanted to give customers a restaurant that they can come dine in that offered quality food, as well as local watering hole. Good selection of authentic food and drinks. We particularly liked the chicken tikka massala and the date pudding, and the Cobra lager.

The wife and I went for a mid-week date night and had a lovely time at Humo. The staff were welcoming and friendly, the decor and overall aesthetic was very cool and most importantly the food was delicious. It’s a great asset to Watford high street.
