Tucked down a laneway, housed in an industrial building, you'll find our quirky pizzeria. Our vibe is super casual and we love to see our customers sharing pizzas, beers and enjoying life. Our space is ideal for large groups, but also for families and couples. Were all about the pizza! Pizza Napoletana is authentic pizza from Naples, and we make it according to the generations-old technique....with just a little of our own twists here and there. Our dough is made in-house and fermented for a minimum of 24hrs to create a tasty and light base - minimal yeast so no bloating here. Then its hand-stretched, topped with quality ingredients imported from Italy AND sourced locally, and cooked at a fiery 400 degrees.We do other stuff as well - starters, sharers, salads, homemade desserts, and gelato. We could only stay in our original digs for so long. To keep pace with the ever-growing demand for the freshest beer possible, brewed on-site, we've taken the leap once more with our new venue in Buderim. My favourite place to eat on the Coast! Not only are the pizzas amazing, but the atmosphere is great as soon as you walk in. You can tell after the first bite the quality of ingredients are of high a standard. The service is incredible, everyone is always so welcoming and you never wait long for your pizzas or drinks. A credit to the whole team at Good Slice ⭐️

This is our second visit to Bottarga and we will be back again. The food is outstanding, and the staff are excellent. The menu has a range of Italian dishes from pizzas to beautiful pasta dishes. We always eat too much! This time I had zucchini flowers to start - delicious - while other members of the party had beef cheeks and barramundi. All meals were faultless. The staff are busy but attentive. It can be noisy as this is a popular restaurant and often caters for large groups but it's very lively and you could ask for a quieter table if that's required.
