The seasonal menu focuses on modern European cooking with a heavy French influence, highlighting the best produce Kent has to offer. Wine is certainly at the heart of what we love. I’m a regular and I love everything about the Captain Digby, the staff are professional, attentive, helpful and generally very nice. Food is excellent, varied, tasty, great value for money and really generous portions. Always a 10 out of 10 💙💙💙

Really exceptional Sunday lunch with “fine dining” food served in a convivial setting by knowledgable and friendly staff. Some novel dishes for to adventurous and outstanding traditional roasts - beef coked perfectly rate for instance. Wine list is mainly Spanish since during the week this is a tapas restaurant. A gorgeous little restaurant. Lovely from the moment we walked in. The staff were fabulous and friendly. Amy chose our dishes and wine pairings for us from the guest chef menu, all of which was incredible and delicious!
