SUNY Adirondack's Culinary students are trained by the college's highly skilled faculty, then put what they learn into action at the state-of-the-art learning center. Students learn the ins and outs of the restaurant and hospitality industries by working in all roles of the front of the house. In the kitchen and classrooms, they learn the art of creating delectable cuisines which are served to the patrons of Seasoned.Seasoned also hosts Collaborative Cuisine dinner series where the college partners with local beverage companies in New York State. As usual our experience was amazing. The halibut was incredible as well as the burger and gnocchi bolognese. The staff was friendly as we have come to expect each time we dine here. We can’t wait to come back.

Four of us dined there and we all liked the food we ordered. Our server was truly terrific. She saw that we preferred a quiet table, and she found us one that was set apart so that we could converse easily. The food was definitely a cut above: more inventive, fresher, better ingredients, better execution than your average restaurant.

The fire pits by the water was amazing! They kept the fire going the whole time and with being the last time slot, they said we were welcomed to stay as long as we wanted. The menu was great and the s’mores package was the perfect addition! Will definitely book again.
