Prosciutto Bros. is a warehouse factory converted into a Craft Bar, a big red brick building in the industrial area of Eltham, frequented by locals who love an icy craft beer, with 20 Craft Beer taps and a great wine list to match. Prosciutto Bros menu is designed for sharing, very home-style Italian, featuring imported smoked, salted, preserved and cooked meats and cheeses showcased on display in our deli window, served as antipasti platters, charcuterie and cheese boards. We also have a wood fired oven, where an array of pizzas are cooked, some topped with meatballs, salami's and of course Prosciutto, a range of other plates, like a trio of dips with freshly baked bread, home-made meatballs, home-made gnocchi and many other "Little Tings".     Lucky to get a last minute reservation. First time dining after recently moving into the area. Lively Saturday night, despite being busy we had exceptional service from our waiter. The pizzas were fantastic, quality pizza dough. The best pizza in the area. Appreciated our wine recommendation from the friendly manager. Professional service and recommend the pizzas. Thanks for a great date night, our new local.

    Always a good meal and a good atmosphere at sir Henry barkly’s. We are in the dining room and most of us had parmas - which were delicious. They were kind enough to bring out a dessert with a candle in it for my birthday too!

    We had a large group and it was a perfect area for this. However service started off slow and one of the staff members seemed like they didn’t want to be there. Maybe a little smile would help as I understand everyone has bad days. Food was delicious wish there were a few more options for vegetarians and gluten free. Drinks amazing. All in all we had a good night and they split the bill for us.
