A surcharge of 10% applies on Sundays and 15% on Public Holidays. OUTSIDE SEATING: please note this is subject to the weather and we may not be able to move your reservation inside in the case of bad weather.     Carlton wine room is a well oiled machine. A genuine effort to make the dining experience special but still remain approachable and keeping the vibe. Took my partner there last night for her birthday and it’s one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a few years. Well done guys, we’ll be back!

    We recently dined at Salted Egg in the Quincy Hotel, Melbourne, opting for their $69 Tasting Menu. The experience was exceptional. The service was attentive without being overbearing, and the food was a delightful journey through Southeast Asian flavors. The Tasting Menu featured four courses, allowing us to sample a variety of dishes. Each course was thoughtfully prepared, showcasing the chef’s expertise in blending traditional and modern culinary techniques. The portions were generous, ensuring we left fully satisfied. The ambiance of Salted Egg added to the overall enjoyment, providing a comfortable and inviting setting for our meal. For anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in Melbourne, I highly recommend the $69 Tasting Menu at Salted Egg.

    Food was incredible, great value aswell. Had a very quiet, relax vibe to the place. Staff were amazing. Overall if you like filipino food then definitely worth your time.
