Red Hill Estate : a destination not to be missed on the Mornington Peninsula - turning your small moments into unforgettable ones.Drawing inspiration from the Fabrizio family's wine odyssey, which began in Torino de Sangro—a town nestled between the mountains and the sea in Italy's Abruzzo region— the maritime-influenced slopes of the Mornington Peninsula hinterland are home to the iconic Red Hill Estate; a new venue sparks the beginning of a new chapter, offering food and wine experiences in a relaxed dining area with views of the kitchen garden and olive trees.Restaurant bookings are available at 11:45am, 12:00pm, 12:15pm or 2:00pm, 2:15pm, 2:30pm for a duration of two hours. Wine Experience bookings are available at 11:00am, 12:00pm, 1:00pm, 2:00pm, 3:00pm and 4:00pm for a duration of 45 minutes.Walk-ins are welcome but bookings are recommended. For groups larger than 20 guests or function enquiries please email info@redhillestate.com.au.

A place that feels like home.. I don't mean that in a sense that the place is covered in dog hair, the tv is blaring, the kids are screaming and there's lego all over the floor; more in a sense that you feel welcomed, content and at home from the minute you enter, right up until you leave. We wanted to create a place, that I myself, would want to visit on a regular basis. A place where your name is more important to us than your money is. A place where you feel like a regular from your first visit. A place where you feel like a part of our family. A place you felt you've been before. A place that feels like home.... Ok, so we have fancy wine glasses, twinkling candles, nice chairs and really shiny cutlery, but don't let that fool you... We're humble, both in our service and in our food, and pretentiousness and oversized egos were banished from the premises the day we started trading. We like looking the part, but life's too short for airs and graces...

Through our dishes we would like to propose to.... The new generations of Italians, Those who emigrated to Australia years ago ,and all those who have interest in experiencing our menu. Through our flavours we will indulge you back to Italy at least for a day. This will be our goal, our greatest gratitude.

    Wonderful venue & absolutely delicious food. Service was attentive & impressive however due to a couple of large tables it was extremely noisy. It was also a very hot day & air conditioning was totally inadequate.

    We had a lovely dinner on a Thursday night with family. Staff were engaging, friendly and welcoming. The food was outstanding and had something for everyone's taste. Staff were happy to recommend dishes and they did not disappoint. The restaurant was quiet as it was a Thursday night but this suited us perfectly as we were able to chat easily. The desserts were also delicious and they were happy to provide extra plates and spoons so we could share. The restaurant has a cosy ambience and we will definitely return... soon!

    The staff at Jimmy Rum were so accommodating. They assisted us with our birthday cake, and the live band even sung happy birthday! It was a welcoming, and comfortable environment. With a wonderful relaxing atmosphere. Food and drinks were delish! Highly recommend.
