Rengaya has been serving YAKINIKU in North Sydney since 1993, making it one of Australia’s pioneering Japanese barbeque restaurants. A delightful anniversary experience. We have dined once at the Bathers Bistro, but this was a first meal at the restaurant. The food was excellent, though not overly generous. Waiting staff were friendly and attentive without being pushy. It is lovely to sit and eat while watching the sunset colours over Balmoral Beach, Middle Harbour and North Head, and then after dark the floodlit beach out the front.
