Demonstrating our reputation as a leader in education and training for hospitality and culinary students, the students practice delivering fine dining food & develop their skills within an operational environment. As we are a licenced venue BYO is not permitted. All dietary requirements must be advised through your OpenTable platform booking in advance. Meals will be served alternate drop - meaning you will not have a choice from the menu and limited facility for alterations. The food lived up to the name, which is no mean feat, especially in this part of Sydney. I had the gnocchi Sorrentina, which is quite good (with a balanced red sauce with delicious mozzarella); the freshly stone baked garlic bread (which was firm and made of good quality dough), and the panna cotta (which had a real cooked cream texture and taste). Very yum. I’ll be back!
