Tavern es el tercer restaurante del equipo de las chefs y sommeliers Suzanne Goin y Caroline Styne, que también poseen el restaurante Lucques y la enoteca AOC. Éste es su primer local en la zona oeste de Los Ángeles y funge como un lugar de reunión para la multitud local de Brentwood. Jeffrey Alan Marks es el diseñador detrás de los elegantes interiores de Tavern, que incluyen tres espacios separados pero conectados, una galería con techo de cristal, así como un bar y café llamado Larder con un bello muro azul, donde podrá disfrutar de cenas casuales, panadería y venta de alimentos para llevar.
