Gia is a vibrant plant-forward 36 seat restaurant, specializing in handmade pasta with creative takes on Italian classics like plant-based meatballs, Focaccia, Ricotta Gnocchi, Rigatoni Bolognese, White Truffle Ricotta Agnolotti, Eggplant Parmigiana, Squash Risotto and Lion's Mane Steak.Reservations: We allocate a dining period of 2 hours and typically book at 5pm, 6pm and 8pm & 10pm, If you need more than 2 hours kindly let us know in advance and we will do our best to accommodate. Stefano's Diner is owned by Michelin recommended Gia Restaurant.Our plant based menu includes classic Italian fare: Focaccia, Mozzarella sticks, Baby Gem Salad, Arancini, Cashew Brie, Chicken Parmigiana, Buckwheat Rigatoni Bolognese, Plant based sandwiches on house made ciabatta, and the city's best plant based Smash Burger with bacon and blue cheese toppings. Saturday and Sunday Brunch we open at 10am serving Eggs Benny, BLTs, French Toast, Matcha Lattes, sandwiches and fresh juice. We offer 10 bar seats for walk in and 18 Dining room seats. The design is upscale with micro cemented walls and floors with a walnut and olive green banquette occupying most of the space. Vegan wine, cocktails and mocktails available and our entire menu is available for take out.We are open late on Fridays and Saturdays till 1145.Maximum seating time is 1.5 hours. Open on Feb 17, 12-8pm.

For parties looking to book groups larger than 10 guests, please email info@madredelobo.ca Be advised live entertainment is scheduled on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, subject to availability. 18% gratuity will be added to parties of over 4 persons. We reserve the right to deny split bills for parties larger than 6 persons, one final bill may be required.     The food was absolutely delicious. Every bite was enriched with flavor the service was awesome the accommodations was perfect and lite. This gave me a new look on Mexican culture and food. I loved it. The ambiance was amazing. Love it.

    Food and service was absolutely amazing! The server we had was absolutely delightful! Super friendly, so many delicious vegan/plant based options. The lasagna, ravioli, focaccia and truffle fries were great! The tiramisu for dessert is a must! So excited to go back and try more! 10/10 recommend!

    Gia serves amazing plant-based Italian food with great service. Our drinks, appetizers, and meals came out quickly, and everything was spot on. The staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend for a tasty and smooth dining experience.

    Beautiful old home with upstairs and downstairs seating. We sat upstairs and the decor was gorgeous with great music in the background. The service was impeccable and the food was to match. A very enjoyable experience.

    A great tasting menu! With very innovative vegan dishes with unique ingredients. We were there to celebrate my husband's birthday and received a nice little surprise for dessert.
