Hailing from Florence, Italy, Adelmo Banchetti started his career in the food and beverage world at the tender age of 16. His work took him all over the world from ships to hotels, and finally, Dallas, Texas , where he worked at the legendary Fairmont Hotel’s Pyramid Room, the Mansion On Turtle Creek, and the Crescent Court Hotel. In 1989, he and his wife Eliza, who hails from the Mediterranean region, opened Adelmo’s Ristorante to rave reviews. Their love of family, friends, good food and wines is reflected, to this day, at Adelmo’s. We feature cuisine inspired by the Italian/ Mediterranean region as well as the herbs, spices and grains indigenous to its shores. Made with the freshest ingredients.     Beautiful restaurant, staff is attentive and informed. Food was very curated and flavorful. Beef Wellington was so rich and melted in your mouth. Highly recommend for date night, girl’s night or business meal!

    The food was exceptionally good for a bar & grill. Everyone (13 people) enjoyed what they ordered, which ranged from burgers and quesadilla to salads and sandwiches. We were there for a birthday celebration, and the server threw in a delicious dessert. The server was attentive and fast. We dined after a couple of hours of pickleball, and everyone had a fabulous time. Highly recommend dining there.

    The food was incredible, the service was a little slow, but we went on Valentines Day, so it’s understandable. Overall great experience, really good live music with an opportunity for dancing and incredibly pleasant waitstaff.

    The entire experience was great. Well balanced drinks, attentive server, the manager brought us our food and gave us some ideas on what to do in Irving. The parking was a little over the top, if you don’t read carefully you can pay some enormous fees, but if you park in the garage directly behind the restaurant they will validate parking.
