The restaurant is the dream project of Chef Sachi who has worked tirelessly to develop a Menu that spans from the traditional to more adventurous greatly influenced by culture and skills learned through years of working with Indian and French cooking techniques.Born in India, Sachi has a distinguished career as a Chef and has a passion for sourcing and incorporating the best quality local produce into his menus. A desire to expand his knowledge and experience further brought him to the UK from India in 2008 to join celebrity Chef Raymond Blanc’s restaurant ‘Brasserie Blanc’ in Leeds where he, later on, became the Head Chef. He also worked as a Head Chef in the restaurants like ‘Bistrot Pierre’, Ilkley, ‘Fleece’ in Addingham. Before that Sachi worked in some of the finest hotel restaurants in India including ‘Olive Beach’ in Bangalore, ‘Leela Palace’ in Goa, ‘Trident Hilton’ in Delhi and Kochi, ‘Club Mahindra’ in Goa.
