Grow is hidden haven in Hackney Wick with a heated and covered terrace next to the River Lea. The menu is inspired by Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine with an emphasis on sustainability. Great meal Went with my partner as we were staying at the Royal Oak pub and fancied a nice dinner out Food was some of the nicest in this side of London I’ve had, fresh and super tasty great portion sizes too The staff were very friendly and helpful no request would be too much Will definitely be visiting again soon when we next visit family

Lovely local restaurant with a great atmosphere. We have eaten here twice in the last couple of weeks, as it’s our go-to place to bring visitors, and the food never disappoints. There’s a good variety of starters, all of which seemed to be prepared fresh. Had a delicious smoky aubergine dish and lamb skewers on this visit, along with some salads. Highly recommended.
