Jang – the name stemming from the Korean word for sauce – is where the flavours of Seoul meet the spirit of Kyoto, all within a Grade I Listed London landmark. Taking flavours from her hometown of Gwangju as well as impressions from Seoul, Kyoto and beyond, head chef Dana Choi has created a menu that champions techniques from both countries, using the best of British produce. Set right in the heart of the City, Jang is open for lunch and dinner, Monday to Friday.     I just had dinner at the halal Korean BBQ House with my friend and it exceeded our expectations! The ambience was clean, bright and airy with lots of space. The service was 10/10 and the staff were helpful in showing first-timers how the Korean BBQ works and recommended good dishes to order. We opted for the £40pp set menu and we were left feeling super full! It’s definitely worth the money and everything tasted fresh and well seasoned. Would like to return soon!

    Satisfactory dining experience. I visited Jang for dinner TWO days in a row. Yesterday I didn't get much but today, everything was fine. Me and my colleagues were happy to explore Jang's lovely and tasty dishes. As a Korean, bossam tower is something you should try.

    Mayamama at Sway is a hidden gem in Holborn! The vibe is lively and fun, with amazing food to match. Highlights include the kimchi and pork dumplings, Korean fried chicken, and flavorful skewers. The Nasi Goreng is a must-try, and the Yuzu chocolate cheesecake is the perfect sweet ending. With a great atmosphere and a 50% off deal for a limited time, it’s definitely worth checking out! Highly recommend!
