I booked a table for Valentine’s Day around 5 months ago now and WOW this food did not disappoint! I got the carbonara whilst my partner got the beef ragu pasta. Although both were absolutely gorgeous (and definitely some of the best pasta I’ve ever eaten) I definitely had food envy from my partners plate haha! We started with the focaccia and trio of butters which was stunning, and I must not forget to mention how good the home made lemonade is!! As a huge pasta lover this is HEAVEN for me. I’d also like to thank our server (I’m unsure of his name but it was a young man with curly hair and a blue jumper) as he was AMAZING all evening. He was very attentive, explained dishes on the menu thoroughly and overall gave great customer service with a smile! Please ensure he gets the praise he deserves for this because I can hands down say that’s some of the best service I have received in years and that should be recognised!! Thankyou again x

Had a fantastic dining experience at Cibo Manchester. The ambiance was stylish yet welcoming, with a lively atmosphere. The food was outstanding authentic Italian flavors with fresh ingredients. The pasta was cooked to perfection. Service was attentive and friendly, making the evening even more enjoyable. A great spot for quality Italian cuisine in Manchester highly recommended!

Ate at 5:30 pm on a Monday evening as a pre theatre dinner. The play started at 7:30 and we had plenty of time to enjoy our meal. Lovely restaurant, the food was wonderful (especially the deserts!) & the service was excellent. Attentive without being overly so! Excellent value as we had 40% discount on the food. A bonus as we did not feel it was in anyway overpriced to begin with. We have eaten here before and have never been disappointed. Thank you

We had a great meal and with it being a busy Friday night, the service was still friendly and efficient. I normally would come here for pasta, but the fish menu really tempted me last night, I had the sea bream and it was fantastic. We shared the truffle Burrata which is something I wouldn’t normally pick, but the truffle and oil really made it. Everything was excellent.
