We thoroughly enjoyed our afternoon tea at the Gonville Hotel on Valentines Day. The whole experience was excellent particularly as we had the restaurant to ourselves.

Had simple fish and chips which was nicely cooked. Wine and cocktails were good. Staff excellent.

Delightful - and when I dropped my concert ticket, the waiter ran after me down the street to bring it to me! Thank you.

Excellent Sunday roast - portion size not too big. Great alcohol-free beer too!

Amazing service and high quality food. The table was set out with white table cloth and candles. The staff were very helpful and reassuring about my allergy and where double checking everything.
