Located at the heart of Holybourne, owners Thanasi and Nick have now owned the business since the end of 2021 when they reopened the doors of The White Hart with some serious gusto! Holybourne has fantastic community spirit that certainly spills into their local, also attracting guests from further afield looking for a cosy night away in our six well appointed guest rooms.Executive Chef Didi Ivan has produced a mouth-watering, locally sourced menu with decadent dishes and absolutely favourites. The crème de la crème are our consistently outstanding steaks, we source from a local Surrey Farm and we cook them to perfection.
