This bar/bottle shop/restaurant is unique in its dedication to providing great small-batch, South Australian wine, spirits and craft beers/ciders.Their love for small-batch, South Australian wine, spirits and beers first made its debut as the Adelaide Wine Markets held at The Market Shed on Holland (find our next event details below).After successful years of the party-filled Wine Markets, the pair decided that it was time to open a permanent spot that celebrated fantastic small South Australian producers. The opportunity to join the Plant 4/Plant 3 family couldn't have come at a more perfect time, and Bowden Cellars came to life!

    The wait staff were good but didn't know how to make a long machiatto and gave it to me without milk!. And our Espresso Martini's were lacking something but overall the wait staff were knowledgeable. We did the feed me menu which was delicious until dessert, there was something not right about the panacotta.

    Lovely atmosphere on Leigh St and excellent table service. The manchego donuts are melt in the mouth delicious! Will be going back to get some more of those!

    Excellent feed me option. Really enjoyed that cream of corn dish. Service was at times slow but once underway was paced well with dishes arriving and was always very friendly and knowledgeable on the food and wine. Wine list extraordinary. Very impressive over all. Will definitely return.

    We had the 7 course degustation with paired local wines. What and amazing experience. The best Adelaide has to offer, and nationwide. The staff were fantastic genuine authentic people who made us feel special and added a surprisingly lovely dimension to the food and wine experience. We will remember this night for a long long time.
