Established in 2017 by Executive Chef, Thomas Cauquil and Brewery Director, Vincent De Soyres, Frenchies Bistro & Brewery specialises in creating food and drinks for friends, all in a relaxed, casual, and unique setting, where customers have the option to dine surrounded by brewing tanks.Leaning on fresh, local, seasonal produce, the duo create all of their products in-house, from smoked and cured meats and hand rolled pastas, to Frenchies' award-winning beers and spritzes.Thomas and Vince first met at Albert de Mun Hotel and Catering School in Paris in 2005. I hadn't been here before despite living around the corner and was seriously impressed. They had read that I was veg and the waiter had already talked to the kitchen in advance of some dishes they could alter to support. Service was excellent, food was great, lots of wine and non alcoholic beverage options that weren't pure sugar. Lovely casual lunch with delicious food.

Excellent service, we came with a baby in a pram and the staff were very accommodating. Service was attentive throughout our meal. The quality was excellent- the straciatella and kingfish crudo, fries with truffle sauce and salad were all delicious. We shared a rumbaba for dessert - as good as my parents made in the 70s! Great day out
