We've since added restaurants in Circular Quay, Westfield Sydney, Neutral Bay, Chatswood and Galeries Victoria, and in 2015 we added organic, fresh produce from our farm in Byron Bay. NAT, our executive chef who has a passion for cooking with his Le Cordon Bleu studied from patisserie to cuisine and many years of experience in the Australian fine-dining restaurant such as Sailor Thai. More importantly, he always spent time in the top hat restaurant not only in Australian but also around the world. He was into in various cuisines and started learning by himself. He is the very talented self-learner as he had learnt about cuisine and accepted from people who had tried his delightful dishes.

    Great place to go, especially if you have a play to catch at the Opera House. Conveniently situated by the trains and Light rail. Food was really tasty, staff very attentive, and the restaurant very busy, it is best to book. We will definitely return there.

    Everything about this restaurant is excellent. However the service is very fast. Would have liked a ten minute break between starters and main. However that will not stop us from going again. It truly is a great place to eat really interesting food.

    One of our favourite place. The staff are amazing and the food is devine. Tonight was extra special because I was proposed to and the staff was in on it and were absolutely professional and warm. Thank you Restaurant Moon team

    Excellent and authentic Thai street food. Khao Soi was the highlight. Sitting outside was comfortable but basic over a nicely converted 44 gallon drum as a table.
