Highest marks to Chef Brian Walter and GM Amanda Maloney for a flawless Valentine's Day dinner experience. Despite a sold-out dining room attention was high, noise level low and service was on point and attentive. The cocktails were delicious- even the mocktails were created with an eye toward flavor and complexity. We both loved the meal- the standout was the vegetarian caviar amuse bouche, the ox and egg and black tie scallop appetizers, and delicious entrees of stuffed quail and olive-crusted dorade.
