Esto hace de contrapunto a la belleza íntima de proporciones perfectas de su pequeño establecimiento asociado de la planta baja. El French Saloon se inspira en la decadencia y la familiaridad de los bares y bistros de París, abarcando de finales del siglo XIX a principios del siglo XX, y encuentra afinidad en el disfrute de una compañía estridente y una sensación de travesura. Comience con champaña y caviar en la barra, y siga con tártara de res y botellas de borgoña. Our meal and experience here was so good that my friend, who was only in Melbourne overnight, decided to stay an extra night so we could return the next night! The meal was outstanding and staff know their stuff: excellent knowledge and advice on the meals and there to top up the glass at just the right time.
