Founded in 1969 by brothers Peter and Taki Adamis, the Glenview location quickly became THE popular dining destination.     Cupitol is hands down one of the best spots I’ve been to! From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the service is top-notch. The food and coffee are simply outstanding—everything is fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Whether you're stopping by for a quick coffee, a casual brunch, or a work session with great Wi-Fi, Cupitol always delivers. What truly sets them apart is their attention to detail and commitment to quality. You can tell they genuinely care about their customers, making every visit an enjoyable experience.     Waitstaff is attentive but not overly so. Athenian style Whitefish is a favorite, but have not missed with any other menu items. We always have a great experience at Valley Lodge.

    Gluten free meals and bread were offered which was a real plus. We all enjoyed. The chef made an excellent salmon dish.
